So was Sean McVay when he was hired by the Rams. We just don’t have enough information to determine whether he’ll be good.

I think it’s fair to say no prestigious coaches want to come here.
I am flowing this down to assistants as well not just the HC.

The Cards for sure have a image problem and there is no denying it.

Yeah it’s gonna be amazing when the NFLPA report comes out in a few weeks and only the coaches get good grades.

I don’t think assistants add much marginal value. They’re just looking for a job when the music stops.

Based on what?

2nd choice for Cardinals (Kubiak turned them down).

10th hire out of 10

8 out of 10 teams didn't even interview him
You don’t know any of this. Especially the first assertion.

Maybe it’s true; doesn’t really matter if it is. There are a limitless number of satisfactory head coaching candidates; way more than 10.

The important thing is that we found the right one for this moment with the franchise. Maybe we did; we probably didn’t.

But no one here really has enough data to decide. There’s nothing disqualifying about MLF that’s come to my attention.

Big time cope going on here

Not ending anytime soon. What ever team he ends up on will become the next point of discussion here and the national media.
I think it’s much more likely he falls into relative obscurity after three years. We’ll forget about him most of the time.

I believe Kyler does not have a work ethic problem, a toughness problem, lack of passing ability or unable to understand NFL concepts. I know he is too short to implement a majority of those aspects or attributes. He will not have any lasting success to any team which ends up with him. The Cardinals will only regret wasting time on him. Like the person, but does not have the physical stature to play the position at the pro level

People don't want to deal with facts, since we are so emotional and ready to get rid of Kyler (just like we were BA).
I pointed out that Kyler in 2024 was top 11th-13th in just about every passing category and top 3 in every rushing category for a QB.
You don't have to like him or want him on the team but you can't deny that he is a talented QB in the NFL (we can all agree he has problems as well).
A great defense and running game make QB's more successful.

You put Kyler on the Vikings or Falcons and they are playoff teams.

You don't cut a QB like this and take a $54M cap hit - you just don't.
