No way man. That Cardinals aren't that stupid.
We wouldn't cut off our nose just to spite our face.
All KM's agent has to say is 'my client has no interest in playing there,' and any trade is off.

You’re only paying him $50 million if you decide to keep him. No reason to throw good money after bad. That's more than likely why he's not talking. Doesn't mean he's a cancer in the clubhouse. If I'm paying a guy $50m I'd rather he wore my uniform and wasn't sitting on his couch.
A vast majority of his contract is guaranteed plus there's the CAP hit for just cutting him. I think we can all agree that the best course is to just trade him and get rid of the contract completely and I think that's what is going to happen. You’re only paying him $50 million if you decide to keep him. Let's hope we can get something in return. Otherwise, yeah, bye bye, ya cut.A vast majority of his contract is guaranteed plus there's the CAP hit for just cutting him. 400+ pages of comments from fans which is short for fanatic. I think he can still play and there are a number of teams whose QB position is worse than ours. The Cards might not get much for him but I think they'll get something. Not addressing you personally, but I find it hilarious that, after 400 pages of character assassination and questioning his abilities, some expect another team to relieve the CARDS of this contract.
Mind you, I could see some arrangement between teams and the agent, if KM was sent to Atlanta, for example, where there are offensive tools, an indoor setting, and a winnable division.
QB is a unique position where it can be detrimental to the team to have a position battle. That's the reason you see vets with young QBs, or young QBs with worse QBs. You don't want to risk dividing a locker room because teammates have differing opinions on who should be in the QB leadership role. The salaries attached can also influence things. Nothing good comes from keeping Kyler on the roster to battle for a spot when he makes 45 mil. You just have to move on even if it means cutting him.
What’s more embarrassing is to continue this charade. He don’t want to be here. Most of us don’t want to see him anymore. Apparently Gannon/Petzing didn’t want him. If managements wants him here they sure aren’t showing.Perhaps this is all true.
Even if it is, it still doesn't excuse the Cardinals' shocking incompetence exhibited beginning the moment Murray was drafted.
If we cut him, it will be an titanically embarrassing personnel management failure.
Conjecture is all that matters when it comes to K1 and the KDS Crew.Stout you and I have scant evidence that his attitude is so poor as to justify cutting him. All we have is mostly conjecture and hearsay.
We are about to pay an OC millions to do basically nothing so benching K1 and paying him is on brand. That's more than likely why he's not talking. Doesn't mean he's a cancer in the clubhouse. If I'm paying a guy $50m I'd rather he wore my uniform and wasn't sitting on his couch.

Hahahaha Thanks brother.602, I'll say one thing. Your unwavering support of K1 is admirable. You mentioned you were a small business owner, and if you run your business with the same compassion, I'm sure you are successful....respect
But....LOL
This is exactly what I will think will happen as well.Again, no trade will occur if KM, through his agent, says, 'I don't want to go there.'
No GM on the other end of the line will make a deal under these circumstances.
Outright release before they have to:
Can't read his mind, but I'll venture KM wants an outright release, leaving him free to negotiate wherever.
- 2026 90 Man Roster Bonus: $17M ($13.965M guarantees the 5th league day of 2025, injury at signing)
- 2027 90 Man Roster Bonus: $14.185M (due the 5th league day of 2027)
People here don’t understand how this is going to work. Hence why you have a bunch of people saying K1 will go to the Jets which ain’t happening on any level. All KM's agent has to say is 'my client has no interest in playing there,' and any trade is off.
We did the exact same thing when Keim was a drunk and “suspended” him and never fired him.No one is being paid millions for basically nothing.
So the mods have put a mask over combining Bidwills and Hillbillies.
Absolutely hilarious!

What? No more Bidwill, M.? Preposterous! So the mods have put a mask over combining Bidwills and Hillbillies.

And yet people are claiming in his hiring thread he won’t be doing much.Exact same thing?
Keim: GM and long-time employee.
Hackett: just stepped into the building.
There are a myriad of things to do and supervise on the offensive side that go well beyond calling plays on Sunday.
Obviously they didn’t get that one just the plural version. What? No more Bidwill, M.? Preposterous!

The dude is a terrible coach and just goes to show this teams ineptitude.
It’s maddening.
