The NFL is sorely lacking at the QB position. If we dump Murray, and it sure looks like we are, his replacement will be a downgrade. Murray’s biggest failure was getting drafted by this mess of a franchise.I get not all of them are on him and it's inflated by what you said, but still. I'm not a hater, I like Kyler. But his limitations will carry elsewhere, unfortunately.
Yep. After 62 years of the Bidwills, I’m flat out hilarious.xc_hide_links_from_guests_guests_error_hide_media
Or he just sucks…. lol ok ok is definitely below average. Sucks was harsh. The way a few of you talk about the guy there should be no question about a trade market for such a stellar player. Especially with the Cards picking up more than 50% of the salary. No brainer to give up assets for such a huge talent on the cheap. Especially in a draft so disparate at the QB position. The NFL is sorely lacking at the QB position. If we dump Murray, and it sure looks like we are, his replacement will be a downgrade. Murray is nowhere near being the reason why this team failed miserably this year. All you have to do is look at their record with him and their record without him. Bring in an offensive minded HC, rebuild the OL, rebuild the RB room, add a WR or 2, and bring back Murray. Bidwill wants to win NOW & Monti NEEDS to win now. The only way they do that is by bringing Murray back. There are no other viable options out there.Or he just sucks…. lol ok ok is definitely below average. Sucks was harsh. Welcome back to 1975.What?? Anything above 2 is strong & he’s above 2:1. And that’s with crap support from his FO.
Welcome back to 1975.
Murray's 2.0 TD:INT ratio put him in a 5-way tie for 26th-30th this season.
Jacoby Brissett was 15th at 2.88:1.
People already got a taste of careful what you wish for going to Brissett yet they still haven’t learned.Murray is nowhere near being the reason why this team failed miserably this year. It's not a matter of be careful what you wish for, it's a case of some are tired if watching a scared QB go fetal or lay down before the rush is even close to him. Tired of watching a very talented QB waste his career because he doesn't care about winning or doing the things necessary to win.People already got a taste of careful what you wish for going to Brissett yet they still haven’t learned.
Cards fans are gonna Cardinals.
Laying the ground work for cope I see. It's not a matter of be careful what you wish for, it's a case of some are tired if watching a scared QB go fetal or lay down before the rush is even close to him. I for one would rather watch a QB who is giving his all for the team. I think you know this you just can't let it go. Next year every time our QB does anything wrong you'll be here talking about a guy who is on another team

I don't believe he does give us the best chance to win. When the next game that matters kicks off we'll have to wait and see who is the QB. K1 will not be here next year. If he was giving it his all and that the best he is well then I would keep him forever and build a team around his weaknesses. You can't coach/fix desire, courage, and willingness to be great.Wouldn't you rather win the football game in-question though Whisky? Even if you had to hold your nose while you watched the offense?
Because @PACardsFan is correct. Murray gives us the best chance of winning football games in 2026.
What am I copping? The Stans are heading down cope Ave not me.Laying the ground work for cope I see.
Other teams can figure it out but Cards fans would rather blame the QB that has had a crap line since he has been here and gone through a failed rebuild again instead of holding ownership's feet to the fire to improve.
If Kyler doesn’t give us the best chance to win, then why is our record so far superior with him than without him? I think you’re confusing desire with self preservation. I, for one, have no problem with Murray going into a fetal position when he’s about to get hit by a 300++ lb defensive lineman. Hell, even Peyton & Brady would hit the ground early to avoid big hits. There are tradeoffs when you have a QB with Murray’s skill set. Sure, with his lack of size, he’s SMART to get down or slide to avoid unavoidable hits. But, he’s also going to escape hits & run for 50+ yards in most games. And when he breaks into the open, he’s a game changer. The biggest downside to a Murrayesque type QB will always be availability. If Murray isn’t here, and he probably won’t be, it’ll be because when he’s not available, we OUTRIGHT SUCK. And he’s missed too much time of late. I’ll always be a fan & if he’s not here, he will make us miss him. Take that to the bank. I only pray that we get lucky & end up with a decent QB. Considering I’ve only seen a handful of them in my 7 decades of watching this dumpster fire of a franchise, we may be waiting an eternity to see our next decent QB.I don't believe he does give us the best chance to win. Oh yay! So instead of 3 wins and a chance at an actual good QB next year in the draft we will have 6-7(but still a losing season) and be out of the running to actually get a good young QB. Sounds like a great plan.If Kyler doesn’t give us the best chance to win, then why is our record so far superior with him than without him? I think you’re confusing desire with self preservation.
