I don't believe he does give us the best chance to win. When the next game that matters kicks off we'll have to wait and see who is the QB. K1 will not be here next year. If he was giving it his all and that the best he is well then I would keep him forever and build a team around his weaknesses. You can't coach/fix desire, courage, and willingness to be great.

Agree at least that Murray probably won't be here. The Money line probably like +800 for him staying.

And, this is such a disaster of a franchise that when we finally do part ways with K1, it's almost guaranteed we'll completely mishandle the situation. Embarrass ourselves again. Think the exact opposite of Tomlin's graceful departure from the Steelers.

We are at a historic low point for the Cardinals franchise.

Oh yay! So instead of 3 wins and a chance at an actual good QB next year in the draft we will have 6-7(but still a losing season) and be out of the running to actually get a good young QB. Sounds like a great plan.
Only my opinion, but bringing back JG, having Murray back at QB1, and being a tad bit healthier than last year, this would be a playoff team in 2026. Without both options, this is a team that will suck for years to come. We’re about to hire a HC who’s not ready to be an NFL HC, only to fire him in 3 years because he wasn’t ready to be an NFL HC. Wash, rinse, repeat. Because EVERYONE knows what Bidwill is, we will always be hiring these young coaches. What Bidwill doesn’t understand is that, as dysfunctional as this franchise is, he then needs to give these young coaches more time to develop. Otherwise, SELL THE DAMN TEAM!!!

If Kyler doesn’t give us the best chance to win, then why is our record so far superior with him than without him? I think you’re confusing desire with self preservation. I, for one, have no problem with Murray going into a fetal position when he’s about to get hit by a 300++ lb defensive lineman. Hell, even Peyton & Brady would hit the ground early to avoid big hits. There are tradeoffs when you have a QB with Murray’s skill set. Sure, with his lack of size, he’s SMART to get down or slide to avoid unavoidable hits. But, he’s also going to escape hits & run for 50+ yards in most games. And when he breaks into the open, he’s a game changer. The biggest downside to a Murrayesque type QB will always be availability. If Murray isn’t here, and he probably won’t be, it’ll be because when he’s not available, we OUTRIGHT SUCK. And he’s missed too much time of late. I’ll always be a fan & if he’s not here, he will make us miss him. Take that to the bank. I only pray that we get lucky & end up with a decent QB. Considering I’ve only seen a handful of them in my 7 decades of watching this dumpster fire of a franchise, we may be waiting an eternity to see our next decent QB.
Show me a team that the back up QB has more wins than the starter. I mean that would be the norm I would think so it doesn't prove anything.

That goes without saying. But, as it pertains to Murray, the difference with and without him is exponential. Without him, Dobbs & Brissett were like 2-22. With him in 2024, they were 8-9. And he was 2-2 when he got hurt against the Titans. I understand that there comes a time when it’s mutually beneficial for a team and a QB to move in a different direction, but we better hope we’re a lot healthier in order to compensate for how weak we’ll be at the QB position if they move away from Murray.
