I put this in the Kyler thread but it really goes here.

In Whiz's last season he was so injured he had to use 4 different QBs. Those 4 QBs combined to throw for 11 TDs and 21 INTs. Despite all those injuries, he still managed to win 5 games over the 16 game schedule and his net point differential was 10 higher than Gannon's this year.

By all measures, he had a superior year to Gannon and had taken us to our only Super Bowl appearance. He was still fired. Good thing because that allowed us to hire Arians, who took us to an entirely new level.
Cheaper than Gannon

He is only starting because, wait for it, our starting QB is not able to play. That’s how the whole “backup QB” position works. You’re welcome.
Bruh you’re the most naive person ever.

Gannon literally said when Kyler was healthy Brissett would still be the starter

I’m not saying JG should keep his job, but did anybody notice a difference in his attitude after he got fined by Michael Bidwill for getting in DeMarcados crap?

I’m in the minority that would like to see Gannon retained mainly because the number of injuries this year were record setting in NFL history. I would like to see Rallis back also, but I’ve seen enough of Petzing to warrant the fact that he needs to be fired. As someone who is now in my 7th DECADE as a fan, there are only 2 common denominators attached to all this losing. One is the Bidwill family, and unfortunately there’s nothing that can be done right now to remedy that. The 2nd common denominator is that throughout all these decades, we continue to fire HC’s every 3-4 years. That coaching carousel absolutely has to stop at some point if this franchise expects to see any modicum of success. Sadly, I don’t trust that this franchise can ever have long term success with Michael Bidwill at the helm, especially in a division where EVERY other team has either solid ownership or a future HOF HC. Bidwill is now in a position that he has to give the benefit of the doubt to Gannon & bring him back for a 4th season. That way there’s no second guessing whether you let a young HC go too soon & he succeeds elsewhere. Generally, franchises can get away with that mistake, but not the Cardinals. Bidwill needs to stay the course at least through the 2026 season.
This is illogical reasoning.

If your premise is that you had to overcome a Bidwill owing the team the proper course of action is NOT to stay the course when three seasons has proven loser-loser-loser. Repeating history and hoping for a different income is literally the height of [insert whatever word you want to use - I want to avoid being insulting]. The only way to overcome Bidwill is to accidentally hit on magic in a bottle (like Arians). The only way to do that is to reload every time it’s been proven that you haven’t done it at present. Three seasons is more than enough time to prove you don’t have magic.
