seems like every year we finish the season hoping a division rival has enough reason to kick our ass in the last game

The most depressing part about all of this is if the option is that I don't even want Kyler, (and haven't for several years), but I would MUCH prefer Kyler at QB next season if it means a new HC/GM. I don't love any of the QB's in the draft or FA, and I sure as hell don't want Monti or Gannon anywhere near the next QB decision.

7 years of mostly dreadful football, and Kyler is STILL our best option.

If we end up signing Malik Willis, there is a good chance he is just the new Kevin Kolb.
No one campaigned harder for Kevin Kolb than Larry Fitzgerald. Which is probably reason enough to never let current football players make personnel decisions.

Now I have to look. I just remember he had like 4 good games with Philly and we said "Yup sample size is good"

Very much like Willis.

Haha, yep Kolb had a whopping 319 attempts over 4 years and was 3-4 as a starter, with Philadelphia with a 73 passer rating. Somehow the Cardinals got enamored with his 2-3 performance in 2010.

LOL no we did not have a good start. He started 3-6 before the mighty John Skelton finished the year 5-2 to give us a rare 8-8 season

It was his second season in Arizona, 2012, when Kolb and the Cards started a fraudulent 4-0, then Kolb lost two and got hurt, and the Cards finished the season 5-11.

In game 1, Kolb had all of 8 pass attempts vs. Seattle. Then there was the wacky game in New England where Ryan Williams fumbled with just over a minute left, but Gostkowski missed a FG with a second to go.

I was ecstatic to watch the Cards beat the Eagles in person at the 40th birthday celebration of my extremely annoying Eagles fan buddy - when the Cards strip-sacked Vick for a TD right before half time to go up 24-0 (kind-of an anti James Harrison Super Bowl play). Then they squeaked by Miami in OT, and then the wheels fell off.

Did Chris Long end their season for good on Monday night with the Rams by sacking Kolb 10 times or something

I like how the "Bring K1 back for 2026" train is picking up steam! :)

Like my post if you're with me! :)

98.7's social post today was choose only 1, Murray is back or Gannon and Monti are back. Murray was winning 60-40. That's what this losing streak has done

Because if the Arizona Cardinals do something, history tells us they did the wrong thing by putting him on IR?
