BJ has shown nothing but the ability to get hurt…Nothing to see here…Need to move on…
He has had a single injury in the NFL and didn't miss a game his rookie year. He may not be great on the field, buy the dude is coming back from a torn ACL, MCL and meniscus. He led the edge room in snaps past game, will have played half a season post injury and makes $1.9 million next season. He'll be here and given a chance to see if he can stick in the NFL.

Are you really advocating for releasing a edge player still on a rookie deal who is still get back to game speed?

I wouldn’t advocate for releasing him, but his existence on the roster better not be any kind of impediment to adding and improving a pathetic edge group, like he seemed to be (or was used as an excuse to be) like he was did this offseason after we decided Sweat was enough, when we were still sitting on 30 mill in cap space and BJ was apparently “dominant” by Bidwill’s cheap, ********.

I would waste little time with him and count on him for nothing. He has shown very little. Him leading the room in snaps in a game in which we were annihilated is not a positive.

You can't just release him. I'm not counting om him but give him a full healthy off season and camp to try and show something. If not, cut him at the end of camp.
