Exactly. I think Kyler is more akin to Ayton...all the talent, but extremely arrogant and no heart.
Ayton has had a really strong season so far and seems to be putting a lot more effort for the Lakers

Not sure it will last the entire season but good for him to finally figure it out

Curious, seems to me his record is 2-3 and Jacoby is 1-2

I don’t think they lost 3 games because of him

He had 3 dropped passes in Frisco any of which wins the game, the TN game is not on him, center and right guard screwed up on the play he got hurt

It is just an Arizona thing to hate on certain players
The TEAM record are as such. But the individual stats overall are vastly superior on Brissetts side.

No hate, just want a change.

I hate his playstyle and his attitude that he is some top player in the league who can throw deep, doesn't need a QB coach or needs to play under center.

I can't tell you how many times some of us Suns fans thought and posted the same thing. And it's not like he didn't play great for us at times during his 5 years with us because he definitely did. In fact, he had seasons where he played better overall than how he's played so far with the Lakers. If he quits on them, they'll know what we know but if not, Ayton on a bargain contract is a huge steal.

He doesn't need to spend a lot of time watching film because he just naturally knows what to do.

I don't hate him. He's just not a good fit here.
Ime afraid he isnt a fit in the NFL tbh scrambling Qb's that are Good to Great are few and Very far between and Short scrambling Qb's with a poor attitude are even more rare it was a very bad choice then and it will be a bad choice now did I forget to say he only had 1 year of college Greatness thats Never a good long term sign

I don't hate him but I'm very disappointed in him. I was a big Kyler supporter and was expecting big things from him this season. Shame on me for thinking a player could finally get it together in year 7 lmao

How does Marv all of the sudden get wide open all the time when JB is at Qb and couldn't seem to with KM behind center?

I know the Cards seems to be running a lot more play action with JB. Did KM change or alter plays? JB stands back there and makes reads while Km always seems to be running for his life.

All game plans are built based on preference and strengths. Kyler didn't prefer being under center and Petzing doesn't seem to view it as his strength.

In terms of why MHJ is doing better, it's as simple as holding onto the football and throwing with timing. Brissett does both of those things better than Kyler. Delivering the football before or at the break of the route helps create space for the WR and leads to less contested catches. If you are late on throws, NFL DBs close space and have a better chance in breaking up a pass.
