Movement that he wasn't prepared for - if you watch the video, his foot caught on the turf.
Ya know, I remember when I was waiting for the wife to get ready to go to the Phoenix Open one year and after sitting there for 30 minutes, I ran out through the garage, went to the front door and rang the doorbell. I took off running so she wouldn't see it was me...pulled a calf muscle...worst Open I ever went to, limping up and down all those hills...I sure wasn't prepared for that...LOL

By certain people are you referring to the announcers who mentioned he looked like he hurt his foot after a play early in the game?
And then he looked fine after… until apparently a hiked football apparently rocked his world so hard that unbelievable “movement he wasn’t prepared for” was enough to knock the mountain of a man off the field for close to a month.

I mean… what are we debating here? That Kyler is actually some kind of iron man tough guy? Is that really what y’all are getting at?

Nothing definitive, but I wouldnt be surprised if Kyler suffered a setback and isnt playing.
Hard to read because of the closed practice. You want to make your opponent spend practice time preparing for 2 different style QBs.

I always thought of him as being more like the Tin Man. We all have our deficiencies.

Go back a certain number of years (5?) and look at this year's starting QB's and see how many games they missed in that period. JAS.

The culture of losing stinks up this franchise. I think it always needs to win.
Nah. 2-5 and looked bad. A meaningless win isn’t even lipstick. It’s turd on a pig because the cost/benefit imbalance far favors the cost (draft capital) over the benefit (some short term meaningless feel goods).

Is Kyler playing? I thought it’s as a forgone conclusion he would play, but I heard he was throwing to backups today? If so, that’s a telltale sign.

As a world class athlete myself, I can tell you from the time I legit ruined my back for two weeks while clipping my toenails, that anything's possible.

Curious as to what sport you played

Freak injuries are always unexpected and sometimes like in your case cause big setbacks
