JB had a great day. On the flip side, let’s not forget he had more pass attempts in one game than K1 has had in any game this season. After the horrid coaching and embarrassing collapse against the Titans, throwing the ball was always going to be the game plan. Kyler would have likely thrown for a ton of yards today too, just my opinion.

JB must have been fired up to start and start against his former team. Let’s see how he performs next week before we anoint him.
this is what happens when you extend drives - when you don't 3 and out - when you have the ball 5 minutes longer than the other team

It's going to be the usual getting overexcited about a backup. The great thing about having Brissett is that he isn't Clayton Tune and he actually gives you a chance for a game or two.

But he has played in the NFL for 10 years and was handed starting jobs multiple times and got benched every time. It's not going to be different here.

The defense couldn't make one damn play in the second half. Not a sack, no turnover. There is too much focus on the offense in this loss.

Story of the Cardinals this year offense does really well in the first half in most of our games put goes conservative and then the fourth quarter of the defense folds

Kyler had 220 yds last week before Drew decided he wasn’t allowed to pass in the second half
Again JB had 9+ more passes thank kyler in every game but 1.. and 13+ in every game but 2. Colts top CB was out. We lost the game today.. we didn’t lose last week because of Kyler. But praise the lord and Savior JB!

i don't want to see kyler murray next week

even when he tries to stay in the pocket he flinches and panicks knowing he's going to get hit - that's when he's throwing picks

meanwhile brissett is like a drunk at the wheel - doesn't even see the crash coming - relaxed upon contact - comes out without a scratch - kyler will never be able to do that

i haven't seen a qb be that (successfully) pocket stubborn in a cardinals uniform since senior citizen kurt warner - im not comparing the two at all other than 9 times out of 10 they're not leaving the pocket

i forgot what it's like and what it does to defenses - the play rarely gets put on hold while brissett scrambles because brissett rarely scrambles - all of our receivers were actually finishing their routes - looking up - hoping - no - expecting the ball to be there

defense dropped into coverage instead of chasing kyler around - brissett doesn't throw a lot of picks either

i don't want to see kyler murray next week

There is something about a back up's first game in the line up. They come in and play loose and everything. Inspired.

It's certainly not impossible that we'll see JB crash back to earth.

But I still think I would start JB next week against GB. Let's let Kyler stare into the abyss a little bit.

All you Neil Lomax fans... you'll remember he got benched once. It straightened him out, and he came back and played better.

The NFLN report suggested he could miss more than this game. I think Kyler is back for MNF vs. Dallas.

I just hope we get some of these defenders back after the bye

This organization will NEVER bench Murray. Kyler is going to have to be [100% healthy to be back as starter. It’s a foot injury. Kyler with a foot injury is catastrophic.
When Kyler is deemed healthy he will be the starter. Brissett could throw for 500 yds, and 4tds next week and it wouldn’t matter.

As I stated pregame before he was ever officially out.. Kyler won’t be back until after the bye. That is 2025 NFL.. caution caution caution. No touching things out or encouraging a player to “risk” anything

This just a dumb comment. Check context, think about it. Come back with something intelligent not emotional.
Your comment is just stupid. Rewatch the game and comeback with something more intelligent and not emotional.
I would give you a better reply but you don’t deserve a reply with condescending smart ass responses.
