I guess. They haven’t made the playoffs since 2020 despite playing in a garbage division.I wouldn’t mind being the colts right now….

Of course it is. The McCarthy experiment has an n of 2. You’re blinded by inexplicable hatred of him. So lame and sad.
I guess where I fall is if Monti/Gannon can't make the playoffs with a 14-18 ranked QB, I need them all to go. I have no interest in retaining a below average GM and/or HC and trusting them to waste more years.
it hasn't "clicked" yet this year on offense or defense
It's year 7, how long do you wait for the potential to show?
pretty good but still pg right? id have no problems taking lil timmy to the game - i get it - we give up a lot of short stuff constantly waiting for 3rd down where we might or might not blitzThe defense is giving up 17 points per game. Granted, it's been against some mediocre offenses, but I don't think you can ask much more.
And this highlights where I land with Monti/Gannon. If the Colts can get this out of a player like Daniel Jones, even if it just results in a first round playoff loss, the Cardinals should be able to push for similar with Murray.I wouldn’t mind being the colts right now….
They could’ve done it last year when the division was butt. Instead we’re looking to make a run when we might have the most competitive division in the league. And this highlights where I land with Monti/Gannon. You have to account for everything the QB does. He's not 14-18 ranked as a passer. He might be in that range if you include his legs but he's not top 18 as a passer and I don't think you can make the playoffs with a 20-24 ranked passer.
Maybe. Our division has beat the Saints x3, Steelers, Titans, Texans, and Panthers and lost to other West teams and the Eagles. I could be just an example of a soft early schedule as a whole. They could’ve done it last year when the division was butt. Mediocre offenses? It’s been against mostly terrible offenses. The defense is giving up 17 points per game. Granted, it's been against some mediocre offenses, but I don't think you can ask much more.

Except you can’t just ignore his legs because you want to. Skewing stats that way makes you the bizarro version of the Kyler stans.
No way. There’s no way that’s the plan design. Is it even possible that both Zay and Trey ran the correct route on this play? They end up ~10 feet from each other. What is the point?
You don’t care about marketability.I fully expect us to continue to stay competitive and in the playoff picture.
If we could get the bounty for Kyler that Seattle got for Russ, I’d do it in a heartbeat. Would I trade him for the third Seattle got for Geno? Ask me at the end of the year.
The Vikes had a plan for the future when they let both Cousins and Darnold walk as free agents. I’m just not ready to opt in to more terrible football. Who’s our most marketable offensive player if Kyler leaves?
And their owner wears a coaching headset on the sidelinesI guess. They haven’t made the playoffs since 2020 despite playing in a garbage division.
Nah. MHJ's fault on that play but Kyler has been awful tonight until that drive.MHJ not in a good way might get Kyler another couple years here.

I would be all out on the Cards at that point. Definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results. KM clearly ain't the answer. Rolling it back with him again is admitting defeat before the season starts.I can see a new coach giving it another year. And it’s trending like we’ll have a new coach in ‘26
Kyler ain’t the whole problem but he’s also not the solution. I think we should move on too but I’m all too accustomed to how the Cardinal organization operates.I would be all out on the Cards at that point. Man how would you hire someone credible in that case? If the only relevant candidates have to commit to Kyler.I can see a new coach giving it another year. And it’s trending like we’ll have a new coach in ‘26
