Hard to do with only 1.63 seconds before pressure. OL needs to step up in a big way going forward. I was very disappointed in our efforts this past week.
And both threw for 250-350 yards.
Daniel Jones has every actual excuse you guys try to make for KM and he played his ass off.

it seems there are a number of different measures of this and they all have diff numbers -- some say he wasnt unusually pressured, some say he was.
to me, it looked like early he was pressured, but as the game went on the protection improved. who knows
Apples to apples, right? Both played against the same defenses this week...not like Kyler tore that defense up last year or anything...

His coach is actually a great offensive mind. Unlike the pedestrian defensive back that calls our plays.
I think most of us here agree with you that our offensive coordinator has a lot to be desired. But there's times when Kyler has opportunities that he's not taking advantage of and that's what everybody's pointing out

Agreed, but the more times you take a chance down the field the easier it becomes.
I really don't care about completions so much on long passes. We are going to miss but man please get pieces and call plays for us to be able to move the ball by going long multiple times. This offense is not one that I have any faith in to score points when it matters.
I mean, the average time to pressure would be 1.63 seconds if he had 1 pressure the whole game. This doesn't mean he had a lot of pressure, because he didn't.
Just those he did have were quick.

Yeah but he is a horrible HC sooooooooo.
You guys don't seem to understand that K2 never should have been hired right out of college as a HC. It rarely works and the guys that are good OCs in the NFL do get HC jobs. We will see if K2 does get another shot.
There have been tons of great OCs that bomb as HC in NFL history. Shouldn't be a foreign concept to people on here...
Wow that is so disappointing.
I mean, I even feel a little bad for DP, not just Murray. When your QB is under duress that fast, it has to limit your play calling some.
That's why I'm not killing Drew, because our offensive line is suspect rn. Both he and Murray are to some degree handcuffed by their limited ability to execute.
Hope it gets better.

That is an inaccurate understanding of that post. 1.63 seconds was time to pressure on the instances Kyler was pressured. Kyler was pressured on 24% of plays which was one of the lowest in week 1. So, Kyler wasn't pressured a lot, but when he was, it was quicker pressure.
