He's a vet compared to Maluach. Age isn't that different but the fact one guy hasn't been in the NBA and the other is in year 4 is a significant gap. Who else is he going to learn from in practice, Bol²?

Yep he’s vastly overrated on here. His shot is ugly. Even his go to shot is ugly.

Shooting can be learned and remember, he was a 2nd round rookie. We have room at the end of the bench to try developing him. Especially if we're not contending.

He’s one of the most unreliable players in the league and that’s not hyperbole.

IMO, the Suns need to keep or trade Nick Richards $5 million contract.

On such a minimal contract he should be tradable.

I'm all in on Maluach and have been since we got the #10 but he shouldn't get the Marquese Chriss treatment. It helps no one. If he earns it, cool, but he needs to challenge a starting caliber C and Williams is that. Williams health virtually guarantees we can make sure Maluach sees the court plenty as well. He'll get some starts out of necessity but day 1 needs to be earned.
