pacers closed out the cavs and bucks in 5 but brunson and kat are putting up a fight tonight
The Knicks are letting the Pacers shoot wide open threes. It may temporarily work, but I don't think it is a wise strategy.
Maybe it's part of the defensive plan, but I don't think letting TJ McConnell run loose is smart, either.
Neither team exhibits much urgency. It's weird. Indiana seems fine going back home for game 6 and New York is playing like it's the first quarter.
When I tuned in, I think the Knicks must have been in a zone defense.
Yeah, I think the Pacers are content to go back home up 3-2 in the series.
Would love to see this go 7.
Pretty good chance of that I think. In games one and two Siakim and Nesmith played totally out of their minds. Like the greatest performances of their entire career. And those games were really close.
People have been talking like the Pacers have been just blowing the doors off the Knicks. But they have never been as dominant as OKC was over Minny. Haliburton has to be the big dog in game 6 or they will lose and go back to NY. He just wasn't trying to score tonight, it made no sense the way he was playing.
It never worked very well for the Suns this season. But seemed to be their strategy. Night after night. The Knicks are letting the Pacers shoot wide open threes. It may temporarily work, but I don't think it is a wise strategy.

And let's face it, Indy stole game one. NY just had to tighten up a little more and they would have won but they thought they had it in the bag.Pretty good chance of that I think. i would too, but I really think pacers blow them out in the next game.Would love to see this go 7.

They remind me of the Amare-less 06’ Suns. The Pacers are weird in that theyre almost too unselfish. If someone's shot isn't falling then they just stop shooting. Only 1 of their starters took over 10 attempts, which won't cut it. The starting 5 went 13/39 and 3/13 from 3. Mathurin is a nice spark plug off the bench but whenever he's the leading scorer they're going to lose.
