the iggles right now are very much the team we were in the first half of last season. lots of bounces going their way..... our offense collapsed at the same time our defense stopped getting turnovers.

I hate that this is a home game....it makes me think iggles 31 Cards 16

but, the old nfceast connection...other than the mcnabb years we really had the iggles number....

sadly when I look at our team I see the talent rather than the production. Its like looking at the grill and seeing a stack of ribeyes,,,but forgetting that its uncle Phil at the grill and dude is gonna get drunk and ruin the steak.

But....damn....

There’s going to be about 20k Iggles fans there. I can’t imagine for the life of me why we suck at home…
I think that might be an underestimation, TBH. I could easily imagine the stadium being 1/3 to 1/2 full of Green.

Is Hernandez free to play or does getting ejected carry a suspension with it?
Free to play. There could be a fine though unless the NFL decides further punishment for some reason. I can't see it at all happening, considering there were two other Panthers that did bump the official and didn't get tossed.

Getting Hamilton and Wesley back would be nice to give the secondary some depth and Kyler an outside WR weapon.
Wesley is better than Green is. I wonder who gets cut when he's back; Andy or Green? I bet they put Green on IR and cut Andy when Hopkins is back.

And Hamilton back to the secondary at this point is a luxury with how the CBs are starting to play.

I’d cut Green’s ass. he’s completely washed and a liability on the field.

Green or Isabella should not see the field for the rest of the year.

Conner only needs to be in if we only need 3 yards to convert, since that’s what he’s been averaging since he got here.
Conner needs more 2nd half carries/touches. Let Eno/Williams play the Chase role early in games. He's better against tired defenses. And its not like Hudson and Pugh are great run blockers.

The Chase role, aka, the “actual best RB on the roster” role. Agreed.

Eno & Williams seem to have much less problems running behind Hudson & Pugh than Conner do. Wonder why.

They have actual burst.

Keep Conner for short yardage, pass blocking, goal line running, and as a receiver in the pass game. He can do those things well. Between the 20s, Eno and Darrel Williams should be the lead backs.
