For OAK: KC, LAC, DEN, PIT, BAL, CIN, CLE, MIA, IND = 56 wins

When Whiz started losing control he got let go, BA came in we built a veteran team to win now and we won, now BA is gone and we are rebuilding.

They hired McCoy and fired him. That's a sign of a good front office. We made a mistake let's fix it. Bad front offices keep on keeping on with what's not working.

Now let's be realistic here. Guys here want the coach and GM fired has anyone ever done that in the middle of a season?

We were picked to finish last in our division by damn near everyone did you think this was going to be a good season?

The good organizations don't have high turn over in the front office they don't panic when things don't work out.

SK just pulled off a hell of a move getting Rosen moving up in the draft and still keeping this years 1. Got a damn good looking young receiver in that draft to, but oh well who wants a young QB, young RB and young WR on the roster. Now we need to fill out around them but this team is not in that bad shape moving forward.

Drafted Cooper but turned him into Chandler Jones that's crazy

Passing on QBs to to land project LBers, taking a Guard extremely high and not hitting, constantly having teams teams out work you to jump up and take a qb or pass rusher, right before you. There is so much that goes into it. Keim gets cute and drafts projects, Reddick, Brandon Williams you must not study the draft often Steve.

Hindsight is 20/20 look at that Cooper draft it was very weak at the top. Cooper was considered a safe pick a can't miss future all pro a plug and play guy.

That's as bad a top ten as you will ever see. The 3 guys picked right in back were not good players.

Holy crap talk about turning lemons into lemonade. He flipped Cooper and a 2nd rounder for maybe the best pass rusher in the NFL, but let's not focus on how a bad situation was made great. Hell without Cooper we don't get Jones. Greatest trade in the history of the franchise hands down.

Yeah sometimes you take projects and hope they pan out, back to the whole NFL draft is a crap shoot. I remember the cards taking a 6'8 ver raw project who really wasn't all the great at first from the U but guess what he panned out didn't he. That's the draft dude

Can we clarify that we traded a top 10 draft pick and a 2nd round pick for Chandler Jones. If you want to offset Keim's miss on Cooper because he was able to trade him for Chandler Jones, then you have to count Cooper as the pick Keim spent on him.

Can we clarify that we traded a top 10 draft pick and a 2nd round pick for Chandler Jones. If you want to offset Keim's miss on Cooper because he was able to trade him for Chandler Jones, then you have to count Cooper as the pick Keim spent on him.

And you also have to count that Cooper was considered a very safe pick. A pick that was supposed to be plug and play all pro.

Look at the 3 picks right after Cooper to round out the top ten. Horrible all of them. Oh but he's a guard.. Well you want a CB? Dee Millinar? HORRIBLE would you have rather had a WR? Tavon Austin? HORRIBLE oh another guard went in the top ten Chance Warmack? HORRIBLE.

Really bad draft and you have to consider that looking back. You have to consider everything if you want to do this
