IDK, Sherman and the LB #56 were both on Fitz and it sure looks like #27 was on his way over there when Kirk ran by him. Need the all 22 to tell for sure. Might not have been by design but sure looks like it ended up that way
1) This is nonsense.

2) Are we sure this is still true? What would it take to start reconsidering that opinion?

Fitz has an injured hamstring. Had to play under control. Rosen is a bad choice as a goat. Drops, no running game and poor line make it tough to be great. He throws one TD & no turnovers. He wasn’t great but he wasn’t a goat.

I am trying to figure what Edmonds is good at? Blitz pick up?

He is good at getting drafted by the Cardinals way too early in the draft, and showing, yet again, Keim should be banned from drafting small school players.

So, tired of seeing the Cardinals dress these small school players that cannot compete at the NFL level as starters or players with significant roles.

I see DJ's athleticism every time they get him out of the box. Is he Leveon Bell? No. Is he more Alvin Kamara? Yes.

Haasan Reddick = Calvin Pace

Somethings you cannot unsee. UGH!
This is the best case scenario. I haven't agreed with much Wilks has done, but giving Reddick all the snaps he can handle will leave zero doubt about his future as an off-ball LB.

I think everyone on this board way overvalues DJ and said as much yesterday. He isn't elite and I would say he is merely good.

Eh, what? No, he has not lived up to our expectations this year, but first of all, there is a very good reason that we have those high expectations, second, what is he supposed to do without any help from the players around him, and third, it might help if someone competent would try to get David Johnson the ball in open spaces to create mismatches.

Hate to say it but Fitz looks like he's going half speed at best. I would sit him for a week to heal instead of having half a Fitz out there. It's not like this team is gong anywhere and with Kendell being signed he could slip into Fitz's slot for a week.

Just got back from a week and a half in Hawaii for the kids fall break. I wasn't able to see the games live but I did DVR them and I am finally all caught up.

First off Rosen is the real deal. Nothing rattles this kid (Constant Drops, Consistent Pressure, Terrible Play Calling, No Running Game, Poor Snaps). He is just out there having fun playing the game he loves with the confidence of a 10 year Vet.

My god the Cardinals OL is a hot mess. Zero push up front. Getting dominated at the LOS. On most running plays the RB is getting hit behind the LOS. How the entire OL isn't listed as a Goat is beyond me.

Teams continue to stack the box and show no respect for the Cardinals passing game.

Speaking of Goats how about the Cardinals WR corp. In the last two games I counted at least 10 catchable balls that hit the receivers in the hands and were flat out dropped. These are drive killers and are a big reason the Defense is stuck on the field for so long.

Kudos to the Defense! They haven't been perfect but have been on the field way too long. They held the Niners to 6 points in three and a half quarters all while being on the field for over 80 plays. Meanwhile the Cardinals offense which is supposed to be a ball control keep the defense off the field unit has done the exact opposite.

Chandler Jones is an Elite talent! Jones made Pro Bowl offensive tackle Joe Staley look like he played on the Cardinals OL. Biggest hero of the game.

Corey Peters is a rock and quietly has solid performances in every game he has played.

I would have listed Nkemdiche as a Goat for missing another game due to injury. Gunter had a decent game filling in but I wouldn't call it hero worthy. Not having Markus Golden out there against the Niners was disappointing. Golden's backups are trash at best.

Josh Bynes deserves some credit for his play against the Niners and consideration for Hero.

Reddick showed signs of life and flashed potential out there.

Deone Buccanon on the other hand continues to look lost in this new defense and just gets engulfed by offensive linemen. The kid has a ton of heart but doesn't have a home in this defense. It's time to trade Buc and get rid of that salary. I'd try and trade him to the Jets for a bowl of peanuts just to save the $6M or so remaining on his salary this season. The Jets have the cap room to take him on and Bowles is the guy who invented Bucs $LB position.

Budda Baker was another player on the D who was making plays all over the field. This kid can do anything.

Bethea, Boston, Peterson and Bene B. also played well in the Defensive backfield.

Deone only played 4 defenses snaps last week. While what you say is generally true, I don't think that there was adequate evidence from this game.

Yep. Sorry I was referring to the last two games with Buc as I watched both games yesterday after returning from vacation.

Still I clearly remember one play against the Niners where Buc flew up to the OL in run support. He was totally ineffective and he looked like a fly getting stuck on fly paper totally taking himself out of the play.

Well, MCD, you lambasted the OP, then the next breath, you talk about the defenses stacking the box on them?

Sorry not following you. Who did I lambast?

My post was a general post and I wasn't trying to lambast anyone. Felt this was the best place to put my comments on the last two games as I was out on vacation for a while. It wasn't intended to be an attack on any post which is why I didn't quote anyone.

I did mention that I felt the goats were the OL, WR and Diche. Still I don't think I'm attacking K9 there, just disagreeing with his goats. Sorry if it came off that way.

OP or OL?

Sorry the stack the box sentence was supposed to be a separate paragraph. Trying to throw all of my thoughts down and somehow it got stuck in there incorrectly.
