I don’t know the bird’s background, so I’m hoping he was rescued and can’t be released into the wild - and not kept as an entertainment animal. That said, it’s pretty funny he went after a Canadian. Lol.

That is a rescue bird that can't be released to the wild - usually happens when someone finds either a baby, or an injured bird, gets taken to rehab, and either the injuries don't allow for release, or the bird has imprinted on humans.
