Somebody tell K9's dog to go hide, cause he is going to be looking for something to kick.

:D

Wish Dray the best, I always root for hometown guys.

Wonder why AZ never decided to keep him? He's a decent te.

Ballard and Carlson are going to be the two starting TEs. Both of them can block. Housler better tighten up his blocking or he will be kicking the can down the road. Dray was only acceptable at all phases of the game. Expect a draft choice to fill out the roster at this position.

Don't forget about our Arena League TEs, I think one of them will see actual playing time.

Didn't they also bring in an lineman from the arena league? Supposedly one of the top linemen in the league.

Yep. The more he played, the worse he looked. Marginal blocker, who gives it his all, but his all isn't good enough. And molasses slow. A solid 7th round, but really only worth a #3 TE spot.

The human sand clock. Sooooo slooooowwwww.

The Browns just cut and sign players to break the boredom of the day. Did they promise Jim a rebate?

Housler still could have a spot on this team; he had a reasonably good year as a receiver, but he's a below average blocker.

Flex him into the slot and have him run posts.

Watched quite a few Texas Tech games and watched Jace Amaro line up a whole bunch in the slot. Impossible to cover. Could see something similar for Housler. He might be a huge mismatch in the slot.

3 year deal with Cleveland worth 5.6m and 2.25m guaranteed

ok

I officially declare the Browns insane

I like Jim Dray. he is a journeyman player in the most positive sense of the word: hard working, dependable, etc

but it just seems like those guys are Vet minimum type players who you keep around for four years and you are glad you did --

not nearly $2 mm a year. oh well.
