  • At 65.0 yards a game, Fitz is right at the border for 1000 yards... at this rate he is projected to have merely 1040 yards and 8 TD's. If he has couple of sub par games, he is at a risk of not hitting 1000 yards. That will be only the third time he will have less than 1000 yards in his career and first time since 2006 when he only played in 13 games and had 946 yards. The only other time he had less than 1000 yards was his rookie year when he had 780 yards.
  • On the other hand, Andre is projectred to be 960 yards at 60.0 yards a game. If he increases his average to 62.0 yards a game, he will hit 1000 yards. If Fitz maintains his average rest of the way and Andre improves his to 62.0 yards, we will have two receivers with 1000 yards... I think that will be an accomplishment with this offense.
  • If Beanie Wells comes healthy and gets 70.7 yards a game in the remaining six games, he will get to 500 yards otherwise we will not have a single back with even 500 yards. I don't see that happenning.
  • We are on track to having 48 sacks. We had 42 sacks last year... on the other hand we are on track to give up 73 sacks compared to 54 last year!! Ouch!!
  • We are on track to having 16 interceptions. Decent improvement from last year's 10 picks. I feel we could have had more with few drops and in some cases CB's not looking back for the ball that not only missed the opportunity for some more picks but gave up huge plays.

Interesting list but I'm not sure about this one. Are you saying Beanie won't get the necessary yards or that we will fail to have a 500 yard back?

Don't Overlook These Projections:

We've lost 5 of 9 games, so we figure to go 6 & 10 or 7 & 9 for the season.

Or - If we base our trends on games from Game#5 on - we'll wind up 4 & 12.

In 2008 through 9 games the Cards had generated 3,469 yards of total offense. Almost a 1000 yards more than this season.

both... for Beanie to be 500 yard back, he will have to get at least 70.7 yards a game in the six game he will be playing.
