The Dallas Wings will be down one of their leading scorers against the Golden State Valkyries on Friday.
Dallas announced that Azzi Fudd is out with right knee soreness after experiencing discomfort in pregame warmups. The Wings are sidelining her "out of an abundance of caution."

The Wings are in the middle of a stretch of six games in 12 days, which will conclude Sunday against the WNBA-leading Minnesota Lynx. Fudd's status for that game has not yet been determined.
The No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 WNBA draft posted nine points in 34 minutes on Wednesday against the Washington Mystics. She is averaging 13.1 points, 1.8 assists and 1.7 rebounds this season.
