The John Harbaugh decision is here, and reports say the former Baltimore Ravens head coach is off to the New York Giants, as rumblings indicated earlier this week.

Specifically, per ESPN's Adam Schefter: " John Harbaugh and the New York Giants are finalizing an agreement to make him their next head coach, and barring any setbacks, a deal is expected."

That's incredible news for an organization looking to hit a home run this offseason. But who could be the offensive coordinator to help QB Jaxson Dart take the next steps in his career?

Per NFL Network's Mike Garafolo, Harbaugh's OC in Baltimore could be a name: He's "among the leading candidates, sources say. Still a search to be held and a few options for Monken on the table but he's the early leader."
