Will Kelly Washington be there when we pick in the 2nd?

I know he has an attitude problem, but everyone can't be a goodie. And if he is not there will Taylor Jacobs?

I was dead set against him but I am starting to think this would be a very wise pick if we get Suggs in the first.

He's older, crazy (his attitude problem is reportedly pretty severe), has very little on-field experience, and has a very scary spinal problem that he's had vertebrae fused for.

I say "pass".

It would take a lot of luck to get Jacobs to fall but it would be awesome if he did.

Bryant Johnson may be better than both of them. He's got a ton of Frank Sanders in him.

I too have been high on Washington

But I'm starting to change my because dam@ he has problems. I guess it's hard for me to see how someone with so much God given talent just Pi$$es it off. Calico now seems to be a WR I really like he seems not to have the problems and might be a gem, if he is around in RD 3 we would be foolish not to grab him if our WR concerns are not meet yet.

Did something new happen to Washington?

If not I fail to see how he's pissing away talent, he's clearly not a "team" guy. But we're talking about a kid who played pro baseball out of HS, went to UT as a QB, moved to WR and in his first year there outplayed Donte Stallworth who wound up a high first round pick. I fail to see how that's pissing away talent it's remarkable production. He was hurt this year otherwise he would have been one of the better WR's in the country.

The gambles on him are health and personality, if he's healthy I think he'll be a #1 WR in the NFL.

I'd take him if he passes our medical tests but I know I'm in the minority there.

The guy is a definate stud! Its a no brainer if he is there in round 2 you take him. However, the Jets are all over his Jock and barring them trading up he will be gone by the #22 pick in rnd
