Mike Vorkunov: The NBA isn't just instituting draft lottery reform in 2027, it is also putting in 2nd round reform. Next year, the top 16 picks of the 2nd round will be in reverse order of the lottery result. So if a team draws the 16th pick in the 2027 draft, it gets to pick 1st in 2nd round.
