Barcelona have been linked with a summer move for rising Belgian star Jesse Bisiwu for some time now but currently appear to have cooled interest in the youngster.

The Catalan giants have already seen an offered rejected by Club Brugge and it seems they may not make another bid.

Barcelona believe the Belgian side are asking for a “very high transfer fee” and are not willing to meet their demands, per Sport.

The club haven’t ruled out signing Bisiwu but are now looking at alternative options.

Barca have made a point of signing exciting youngsters in recent transfer windows, with the hope that they can go on and break into the first team.

Ajay Tavares, Hamza Abdelkarim and Patricio Pacifico all arrived in the winter and more talent is being eyed for the summer transfer window.
