Day 5 at the White Marlin Open was an active one at the scales, featuring a new second-place white marlin brought in by the Mister Pete and much more.

White Marlin​


Angler Bill Sharpe of Mt. Pleasant, S.C., aboard the Mister Pete out of Charleston, S.C., caught an 80-lb white marlin currently worth $3,500,163.07.

Kevin Howell of Queenstown, Md., aboard the Reel Hunter out of St. Michaels, Md., caught a 71.5-lb. white marlin currently worth. $355,457.77.

Angler James Hood of Charleston, S.C., aboard the Bull Pen out of Charleston, caught a 70-lb. white marlin currently worth $1,816,660.67.

Angler Kelly Weber of Vero Beach, Fla., aboard the MaxBet out of Vero Beach, caught a 607.5-lb. blue marlin currently worth $1,269,910.87.

Tuna​


Angler John Wardlaw of Brielle, N.J., aboard the Gray Fox out of Mantoloking, N.J., caught a 179-lb. tuna currently worth $1,029,164.62

Angler Robert Leerink of Boston, aboard the Speculator out of Palm Beach, Fla., caught a 146.5-lb. tuna currently worth $173,379.62.

Angler Anthony Rubino of Pottstown, Pa., aboard the See Legs out of Fenwick Island, caught a tuna currently worth $122,695.37.

Angler Robert Gothier of Ocean City, aboard the Bar South out of Key Largo, Fla., caught a 64-lb. wahoo currently worth $49,443.00.

Dolphin​


Angler Ryan Jones of Welcome, Md., aboard the Today's The Day out of La Plata, Md., caught a dolphin currently worth $27,159.00.

Angler Shane Schneidinger, aboard the Meraki, caught a dolphin currently worth $26,159.00.

Angler Andrew Somerville IV of Great Falls, Va., aboard the Bill Collector out of Crownsville, Md., caught a dolphin currently worth $25,159.00.
