Day 2 of the 2025 NFL draft is slated for Friday, featuring rounds 2-3 and picks 33-102.
Three former Vols are projected to be selected in the third round on Day 2. Draft Wire projects Cincinnati to select running back Dylan Sampson (No. 81 overall), defensive lineman Omarr Norman-Lott to Kansas City (No. 95 overall) and wide receiver Dont'e Thornton Jr. to Atlanta (No. 101 overall).
Sampson played for the Vols from 2022-24, totaling 2,492 rushing yards, 35 rushing touchdowns, 40 receptions, 342 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown.
From 2023-24, Norman-Lott recorded 44 tackles, 10 tackles for a loss, 9.5 sacks and one fumble recovery at Tennessee. He transferred from Arizona State.
Thornton Jr. totaled 39 receptions for 885 yards and seven touchdowns at Tennessee from 2023-24 after transferring from Oregon.
Following rounds 2-3 on Day 2 Friday, the 2025 NFL draft will conclude Saturday with rounds 4-7 from Lambeau Field.
