The No. 12 Oregon Ducks baseball team officially kicks off postseason play on Friday night, entering the mix of the Big Ten Tournament with a game against the Washington Huskies in Omaha, Nebraska. If you are wondering how to watch the action live, you have come to the right place.
It's been a relatively restful week for the Ducks, who received a bye for the first two rounds in the tournament thanks to their No. 3 seed, which was clinched last weekend with a series win over the No. 19 USC Trojans. Now, Oregon (38-15, 20-10 B1G) will look to stay hot and make a run in the conference tournament, with hopes of earning a regional hosting spot in the NCAA Tournament when all is said and done.
In the crosshairs will be the rival Huskies (25-31, 12-18 B1G), who entered the conference tournament as the No. 11 seed, but they've pulled off two sizable upsets in their first two games in Omaha. On Tuesday, Washington rallied and outlasted No. 6 Ohio State for an 8-6 victory. The Huskies backed up the strong showing by dismantling No. 7 Michigan on Wednesday night, earning a 7-1 victory.
The Ducks have some recent experience against the Huskies. The Ducks traveled up to Seattle at the beginning of the month and took two of the three games in the series from their rivals. Despite finishing 11th in the conference with a 24-31 overall record, Washington played hard in the series.
Here's where to watch Oregon vs. Washington on Friday night, including TV channel, time, and streaming information.
The game between Oregon and Washington will be aired on Big Ten Network, and will also be streamed live on B1G+.
