It all comes down to the final — Atletico Madrid and Real Sociedad will battle it out for the Copa del Rey crown Saturday.

Atletico fell to Barcelona 2-1 in their second leg of the Champions League quarterfinal Tuesday, but have still managed to advance on aggregate, 3-2. While Atleti will not have league success this year, they could still win the Copa del Rey and lift the trophy for the 11th time in club history.


Though Real Sociedad have not beaten Atletico since 2022, they will certainly be the more rested team in this week's fixture. La Real finished with a draw against Alaves in their last time out, 3-3 on April 11. The White and Blues will be chasing their first Copa title since 2019-20, and only their fourth ever.
