Kane has scored a team-high three goals during the tournament this year. Jude Bellingham has contributed two goals and an assist for England.

England has a 2-0-1 record in the tournament, having beaten Panama and Croatia. The English played to a scoreless draw vs. Ghana.

DR Congo did not secure its first win until June 27, a 3-1 victory over Uzbekistan. The team started off World Cup play with a 1-1 draw with Portugal and a 1-0 loss to Colombia.

Yoane Wissa leads the way with three goals for Congo.
