As we are now in the month of August, that means training camps are underway, and movement is about to begin in the NFL. Depth charts will shuffle, waivers will be used, and it all will lead to some new visions for teams developing.
This means we get to look at more power rankings before all that shuffling begins. The latest we are looking at is from Fox Sports. They ranked the Bucs 20th after an offseason that was confusing, yet predictable, at times.
Ralph Vacchiano writes, "The Bucs improved their defense in the offseason, but they seem to be relying most on improved health on offense. The tools could be there, though, especially if they can extend QB Baker Mayfield’s contract and get that distraction off his plate."
The NFC South shaped up, with the Carolina Panthers being ranked 18th after their moves. The rest of the division has the New Orleans Saints and Atlanta Falcons being ranked 25th and 22nd, respectively.
