George Kittle just ran right past him againHe was better in the past when he played close to the LOS. But this year we need him to be a safety not a hybrid LB, and he's just not doing it

Agree and I don't really care if it a lack of talent or a lack of coaching up. The end result is a decent scheme that the current players can't seem to execute as well as it was executed last year.Baker Mayfield just complimented Rallis for the wrinkles he threw at him. It’s not the scheme; it’s that the players are terrible. ADG got benched for Owen Pappoe, who is bad.
Not enough horses.
10.9?Im sure this doesnt help the scheme

Exactly. This is why I don't put us giving up 40 points 3 of the past 4 games on the rookies.playing the 3 safety deep set against 12 and 13 personnel while they were just repeatedly gashing us, running the ball down our throat made absolutely ZERO sense from a scheme standpoint. It's one thing to not be talented enough to play with the big boys... it's another to also have completely idiotic schemes against them that play right into what they're bludgeoning us with at the same time.
The rookies can both be bad and not solely responsible for the final score. This is a terrible argument. They’re obviously contributors.Exactly. This is why I don't put us giving up 40 points 3 of the past 4 games on the rookies.
So was your point of basically saying this rookie class has been terrible, when it hasn't. There's obviously contributors. The rookies can both be bad and not solely responsible for the final score. This is a terrible argument. They’re obviously contributors.
Right, he first touts that our starters are so bad that they are benched, but then K9 is somehow surprised that the rookies aren't out there putting up Pro Bowl numbers on this same team? Give me a break...Well when the rebuild means all who play rookies and ups drivers because they let the good veterans go because keeping powder dry…
Contributors to a bad team aren’t a positive! They were just next in line! They also suck!So was your point of basically saying this rookie class has been terrible, when it hasn't. There's obviously contributors.
Might as well trade McBride then.Contributors to a bad team aren’t a positive! They were just next in line! They also suck!
Did we not learn this after Kei’Trel Clark? Also Greg Dortch?
Yes. They’re contributing to the team being terrible. That makes this draft class bad so far because the two guys who can make an impact can’t stay healthy and the two guys who have been on the field have been terrible while on it. Simply being forced on the field because players in front of you have gotten injured doesn’t automatic equate to positive contribution. So was your point of basically saying this rookie class has been terrible, when it hasn't. McBride makes POSITIVE PLAYS for the team. Simon and Burke are consistently out of position, getting steamrolled or burned like toast.Might as well trade McBride then.
You are ignoring the first 3-4 games of the Johnson era, Nolan contributing etc.Yes. They’re contributing to the team being terrible. Of course he does. If you couldn't see the sarcasm in what I was saying, that isn't on me.McBride makes POSITIVE PLAYS for the team.
PFF grades put both of these two as below average. Not Darius Robinson bad as in worst in the league, which is what you might as well be saying using words like 'getting steamrolled or burned like toast.' Being below average in a bad defense, isn't all that bad, considering.Simon and Burke are consistently out of position, getting steamrolled or burned like toast.
this is such an inane argument…. Sigh. Just another in a long line of mind-numbing convos where someone just refuses to admit they’re wrong after saying something really out of pocket.
Yes good point well played that’s what I’m sayingMight as well trade McBride then.
Sell high on McBride. His contract doesn’t help rebuildYes good point well played that’s what I’m saying
Simon and Burke are consistently out of position, getting steamrolled or burned like toast.
YupIm sure this doesnt help the scheme

Hey, easy there...I know you're being sarcastic, but this IS the Cardinals we're talking about...LOLMight as well trade McBride then.
No need to worry. Can you name a time when the Cards traded their best player?Hey, easy there...I know you're being sarcastic, but this IS the Cardinals we're talking about...LOL
I'm 66, I don't have that kind of time left...LOLNo need to worry. Can you name a time when the Cards traded their best player?
