When are fans gonna start calling out Rallis & his schemes?

Really, Bidwill would be stupid to retain Gannon because of Steve Wilks and that lawsuit. He can easily point to us this year, say we are worse under Gannon than under him, and get a huge payout.
The wilks era was way more inept than this. There were many games were the cards only had 3-4 first downs in the entire game, it was brutal

all rallis had to do was realize he still had a front 4 that couldn't get it done and compensate for it - same as he did last year but nah

He’s too conservative & as much a problem with this teams inability to win as much as JG, Petzing & the rest of the staff. McVay owns him!!! Piss poor coaching to stop really good NFL offenses.

Until we get a HC & staff that can hold their own schematically with the other coaches in the NFL West we will continue to lose. This team has better talent than they are coached. It’s a joke

Where were the adjustments at halftime? LA ran all over this defense from the very beginning of the game. The OC does need to be fired and based on yesterdays game the DC needs to be gone also.

Why does this franchise continue to ignore halftime adjustments that good organizations automatically engage each week? We had the exact same problem with KK. So, MB, when hiring your next coach, first interview question should be: You’re getting clobbered and it’s halftime (might as well not sugar coat this interview, eh?), do you:

A) Do nothing?
B) Make halftime adjustments to try and win the game?
C) Make a sandwich?
D) Sharpen your resume for your next job after you’ve been fired?

playing the 3 safety deep set against 12 and 13 personnel while they were just repeatedly gashing us, running the ball down our throat made absolutely ZERO sense from a scheme standpoint. It's one thing to not be talented enough to play with the big boys... it's another to also have completely idiotic schemes against them that play right into what they're bludgeoning us with at the same time.

Right? It's like Rallis is not allowed to make in game adjustments to the scheme. This was NOT the case last year or the year before even.

It's happened over and over this season. That excruciating 4th qtr against the Titans where it seemed like we rushed 4 and played soft zone every play is the one that sticks out the most in my mind.

What’s the point really.

The coaching staff has absolutely tanked this team with their boneheaded decisions. The team is unwatchable most of the time. The stadium is filled with opposing rteam fans. I think the Jags had more fans at that game. That is embarrassing on all levels.

Don’t know what you want him to do when Cody Simon and Owen Pappoe are holding down the middle of this D y’all.

Denzel Burke and checked out Agent Zero on the outside trying to make something happen against the prohibitive MVP.
I think Johnson is playing hurt. I’m slow to criticize.

Remember under BA the the defense would be getting trashed in the first half but Todd Bowles would make adjustments at halftime and virtually shut down the opponent in the second half. Miss those days.

Also, whenever the game was on the line, Bowles would blitz the eff out of the other team. Often with great success. Loved that mindset of "If we go down, we go down going for the knockout."

People have figured out the offense and defense.

It does make you wonder. All those comments about teams knowing our offense. then you watch the Rams every time we have a blitz dialed up they ran a TE screen for 20 yards it seemed. Like they knew what was coming and audibled to the play to beat it.

No idea what it is but yeah it sure seems like teams know what we're doing before we do it.

Of course it doesn't help when we do blitz and Budda just finds the closest blocker and hugs him. He does that so often now it's really hard to watch.

He legit makes over 19 million a year next year.

There was a play in the game where all of us in the game thread were like WTF is Budda doing there he just gave up a gaping hole in the zone to I think Puka for a big gain. I get it he's dealt with so much losing here and has to be as frustrated as anybody but it's like this year because of the CB injuries, Rallis said to him and Jalen I need you to be more active in coverage. Jalen hasn't been good but he's at least tried IMO. Budda seems to have just decided to run around. When Steve Alfords son Bryce was playing at UCLA he used to play defense in what we all called "no mans land" where he would help off his man but for no reason and not close enough to the paint to actually do anything and the result was his man would get a wide open 3 which almost always went in. That's my impression of Budda in coverage this year he's in no mans land constantly.

He was better in the past when he played close to the LOS. But this year we need him to be a safety not a hybrid LB, and he's just not doing it
