i thought for sure he was a FA after this season ...... but he actually is under contract for 2024 as well for $12.5mm ($8mm of which is salary, the rest is bonus amort)

Silver lining on this is that hopefully McBride emerges from all this. Certainly a lot of media attention on him right now
