It hasn't taken long for some of the NFL's top draft picks to sign their first autographs as pros.

In participation with Topps, some of the first players to be selected in the 2026 NFL Draft are signing brand-new trading cards with their respective teams. David Bailey, an EDGE rusher from Texas Tech who went second overall to the New York Jets, was the first to be seen inking a card on the draft stage in Pittsburgh.

Fernando Mendoza, the Heisman Trophy winner who the Las Vegas Raiders selected No. 1, also signed his first rookie card despite spending the draft with family in Coral Gables, Florida.

So if you see the draftees signing a card on stage, you know why. Rejoice, collectors!
