The Buffalo Bills and rest of the NFL have completed most of the heavy lifting when it comes to roster improvement ahead of the 2026 season.
ESPN made the case that there is still room for more. At least one more.
The outlet named a final transaction each team could still make this offseason. For the Bills, it's not an addition, rather, an extension.
Per ESPN, Buffalo should consider keeping their offensive line intact by signing guard O'Cyrus Torrence to a long-term extension. Torrence was a second-round selection by the Bills in 2023 and since then, he has started essentially every game in his career.
ESPN's breakdown on the Bills and Torrence can be found below:

The Bills don't have too many major contracts ending after the 2026 season, but it would be good to keep their offensive line continuity by re-upping Torrence. He is far from the best guard in the league, but last season he was above average in ESPN's pass block win rate (93.3%, 25th) and run block win rate (74.1%, 13th) metrics. He's also just 26 years old, so he's right in his prime.
