Ellie Goulding.

her more popular song is "Lights".....poppy and kinda not good. katie perry-esque, so i thought that her live voice would be just as terrible. but if you venture to youtube, you can find her acoustic versions. and holy ****, she's got some vocals.

No Doubt
Alanis Morissette

Both have new CDs out. Both are pretty good.

The Pandora 36 Mafia staion is dope. Just gotta train it like a ... thumbs down the skinny jeans and Lil Wayne. Than it pulls up some nice nasty dirty.

Been listening to Imagine Dragons and Coldplay lately, but when I'm in a bad mood I listen to Rage against the machine

I have been obsessed with Hurray for the Riff Raff since I discovered them about 6 months ago.

Alynda Lee Segarra has an incredible voice and quite an interesting life story for someone still in her 20's.

Check out HFTRR:

Very nice. They sorta kinda remind me of Postmodern Jukebox. Don't know why because PJ does covers & HFTRR write their own stuff.

Thanks for sharing Postmodern Jukebox. I have not heard of them before.

The singer reminds me of Imelda May

A Thousand Horses.

Just saw them at the Yuma County Fair.

Loved their songs and they did some decent cover songs as well - Tom Petty (I Won't Back Down), The Rolling Stones (Dead Flowers), and the Black Crowes (Hard to Handle). Most of their stuff is a blend of Rock and Country.

Here is the one song most people know:
