Down 3-0 with the Spurs looking for a sweep and we went into the SBC center and pulled one out. Joe came up huge with 26 points. Boy have we missed his game in this series. Amare came up huge in the clutch and I can't say I'm not proud of the way our guys fought tonight. We have had to great a year to get swept so this game was great even if we lose in 5..we at least know we got a game with all the problems we had in our first conference finals since 93.

Why didn't we play like this in last three games? We could have been 2-2 or even 3-2 had we played with this urgency. This shows that the team is capable but lost due to mental and defensive lapses. Even today we gave up way too many offensive rebounds otherwise this could have been a lopsided win.

If the Suns can win in game 5 it will put all of the pressure on the Spurs to close out the series at home. If they come out tight in that game then the Suns would have a very good chance at forcing a game 7 at AWA, if that happens then I think the Suns could make history. I am just really hoping that they pull out the win in game 5 because then the winds of momentum will have started to change in our favor.

I'm pretty sure that the three previous times that an NBA team has forced a Game 7 after being down 0-3, that game has been on the road. In other words, no higher seed has come back from 0-3 to force a Game 7, only lower seeds.

If the Suns win Game 5 -- which I consider unlikely -- the Spurs will feel huge pressure in Game 6.

At full strength, the Suns are nearly a match to the Spurs. However, it is very hard to win three in a row against even a much weaker team let alone the Spurs. But winning Wed would make a huge difference in how this team is perceived.

We finally played with pride on the defensive end and in the 4th. They gutted that one out and I was proud of they way they played that game. We find a way to get this one at home and this is a series again...

LOL - just heard Grace and Brennaman say the DBacks players were talking about the Suns-Spurs earlier today, the unlikelihood of Suns winning 4 in a row - and Tony Clark, last October of the Yankees, said, "Oh, believe me - It can happen. Teams can definitely come back from 3-0 and win it all." And then smiled. THAT'S GOOD!
