The Miami Dolphins were without a starting quarterback for a few hours on Monday, as they announced their intention to release Tua Tagovailoa after the start of the new league year.
However, shortly after the legal-tampering window opened, Miami agreed to a three-year deal with Malik Willis to be their starter for the 2026 season.
Willis hasn't seen much action in his first few years in the NFL. In his four years split evenly between the Tennessee Titans and Green Bay Packers, the 2022 third-round pick out of Liberty has started just six games and thrown 155 passes.
For Dolphins fans to get familiar with Willis and what to expect from him as their starter, let's take a look at every snap he took in 2025 during his four appearances (one start) for the Packers.
It's clear from the tape that there are still some things that Willis needs to work on, but hopefully new Dolphins offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik can help the quarterback be the best version of himself in 2026 and beyond in South Florida.
