He'd get injured in the second series the way our season is going.

Look at his twitter... I'm sure he's joking but there's gotta some veil of seriousness masked underneath this tweet...

Warner quit one year into a two-year deal.

Pardon my French, but screw him. He's long gone.

Nice joke thread, but Warner hasn't played since 2009 and is not in any kind of condition to step back on the field.

Hey the football Gods.....Kurt Warner story is on right after our game.

What a crazy ending if he played just for the playoffs....he can do it....

Yeah since Lindley is in any shape to be on an NFL football field. Sacrifice the scrub to the Seahawks, get KW a few weeks of practice and go for it.

Warner told Dockett that if he could he would.
Obviously he can't so he won't.

Its worth a shot.

But if its not meant to be...then if anyone can scratch out some wins with a high school QB, a 4th string RB, and a bunch of other guys its BA. Let's do this Sunday!

I really hope you're saying this with tongue planted in cheek. You do recall the Cards hem hawing around on re signing him before he got that 2 year deal, right?

Dude hasn't played in 5 years. Would take him 3 months to get into any kind of football shape. Now, I wonder if Favre is available...

Warner, at 39, got his brains beaten the entire 2009 season, including falling victim to Bounty Gate. Most any level-headed individual would've done the same.

Sorry bud, his retirement was probably the smartest decision he could've made.
