There isn't really a way to know until James actually makes his decision on where he will sign as a free agent.

Waka Flocka Flame, for those who don't know, is a rapper. His real name is Juaquin James Palphurs.
Waka is originally from New York City but has made his rap career in Atlanta, a hotbed for hip-hop. He's been popular since the late '00s.
He's 40 years old, and it's not immediately clear how he might have any kind of inside information on LeBron.
On the flip side, celebrities and entertainers often move in different circles and have overlap at high levels, like agents or other partners in their careers.
It certainly would be entertaining if Waka Flocka Flame broke the James free agency news.
Fans of teams like the Miami Heat, Philadelphia 76ers and Golden State Warriors will be hoping he's wrong, though. They still want LeBron on their teams instead.
