Each week we will feature some of the top performances across South Jersey softball diamonds in our seven-county coverage area.

Williamstown's Sam Houser was the top vote getter last week, garnering 49.6 percent of the 14.2 K votes recorded. Haddonfield's Camryn Allegretto and Cinnaminson's Makayla Sheker rounded out the top three vote getters.
Burlington County Scholastic League
Colbie Aleszczyk, Delran. The sophomore launched a pair of homers and drove in four runs as Delran completed its regular season with a 12-4 win against Cinnaminson. Aleszczyk went 3-for-5 with three runs scored in the game.
Lia Flynn, Northern Burlington. The senior batted .500 (3-for-6) and drove in five runs over two games last week. Flynn collected four RBIs in an 11-0 win over Haddon Heights on May 20. Flynn’s batting average is up to .375 and she has driven in 21 runs.
Haylee Gaidecski, Maple Shade. The junior went 3-for-3 with two RBIs as the Wildcats knocked off Palmyra, 5-2, on May 20. Gaidecski finished the regular season with a six-game hitting streak.
Colonial Conference
Sarah Cooley, Haddon Heights. The senior rung up a career-high 14 strikeouts during a 7-2 win over Collingswood on May 19. It was Cooley’s sixth double-digit strikeout game of the season.
Hannah Glover, Haddonfield. The sophomore went 3-for-3 with two walks, three runs scored and three RBIs as the Haddons pinned a 13-2 loss on Salem Tech on May 18. Glover has 22 hits and 22 runs scored on the season.
Emma Speyerer, Audubon. The hits just keep coming for this senior as she set the program’s single-season record for knocks with 48. Speyerer had four hits last week, including a triple and homer in a win against Clearview on May 20. She has 42-or-more hits in three straight seasons, raising her career total to 171.
Olympic Conference
Emily Buddendorf, Seneca. Two is a popular number for the junior, who has had two hits in a game nine times over the Golden Eagles’ last 11 games. Buddendorf’s batting average is up to .513 on the season and her 40 hits this season, leaves her three shy of the 100 for her career.
Jules Jackson, Paul VI. The sophomore reached two milestones in the Eagles’ 5-3 win over Eastern on May 20. Jackson collected her 100th career hit and stole her 40th base – a single-season program record.
Mya Torres, Eastern. The senior joined the 100-hit club, collecting two knocks in a game against Paul VI on May 20. Torres has been on a tear at the plate lately with 13 hits over her last six games. For the season, she has at least one hit in 18 of the Vikings’ 21 games.
Tri-County Conference
Angel Bush, Williamstown. The senior had three hits, including a double, during a 3-3 draw against Vineland on May 20. She also pitched four innings in the game, allowing one run. Bush has piled up 13 hits over the team’s eight-game unbeaten streak. She’s hitting .455 with 35 knocks.
Madison Kroupa, Gloucester County Tech. The freshman doubled twice and drove in three runs as the Cheetahs captured the NJTAC Groups 3/4 title with a 10-0 win over Bergen County Tech. Kroupa is batting .437 in her first season with 24 runs scored and 22 RBIs.
Ava Scuderi, Triton. The sophomore twirled a two-hitter as the Mustangs earned a share of the Liberty Division title with a 5-1 win at Delsea on May 22. Scuderi also helped her own cause at the plate, going 2-for-2 with two runs scored, two walks and two stolen bases. She has also played a key role as the Mustangs have rattled off nine straight wins to complete the regular season.
Cape-Atlantic League
Kamryn Barker, Hammonton. The sophomore closed out the regular season with a three-hit game in an 8-3 victory over Egg Harbor Township on May 21. She had five hits over her last two games, giving her 38 hits for the season to go along with a .442 batting average and 36 runs scored.
Gracie Dixon, Buena. The freshman went 3-for-3 with a pair of doubles during the Chiefs’ 11-2 win over Our Lady of Mercy on May 21. She finished the regular season with an eye-popping .679 batting average with 36 hits, including 23 for extra-bases, and 40 RBIs.
Jessica Mooney, Ocean City. The senior fired a perfect game with 13 strikeouts, including the 500th of her career, as the Red Raiders blanked Holy Spirit, 4-0, on May 21. The 13 Ks were her most since her freshman season, which included a 17-strikeout game.
