It's 2026, and the Gaylord Herald Times Athlete of the Week is back!
Each week, athletes from Gaylord, St. Mary and Johannesburg-Lewiston will be nominated, and its up to you to vote for which player had the best performance for the past week. Voting will conclude early Friday morning every week (this week's will conclude on Saturday because the poll is starting on Tuesday).

Joseph Galer, Gaylord wrestling - Won the 105-pound bracket at the Big North Conference Championships
Kieran Beach, Gaylord wrestling - Won the BNC title in the 150-pound bracket
Grayson Glazier, Gaylord boys basketball - Scored 17 points in a win over Sault Ste Marie
