Earlier this month, champions were crowned in baseball, lacrosse, tennis and Ultimate to close out the 2026 Vermont spring season for high school boys sports.
Essex in Division I, Mount Abraham in Division II, Thetford in Division III and Mount St. Joseph in Division IV seized state titles in baseball. Champlain Valley (D-I) and Harwood (D-II) emerged with lacrosse crowns, Burlington topped the tennis field and CVU captured Ultimate's top prize.
Last week, we unveiled our fifth annual All-Championship Team for spring playoffs, breaking it down by sport: Baseball, lacrosse, tennis and Ultimate. Now it's time to name a tournament MVP, and we've given our readers the power to do so. Starting today, Monday, June 22, readers can vote for their MVP from the boys spring playoffs based on who we selected for our All-Championship Team.
Voting is unlimited until the poll closes at 9 p.m. on Thursday, June 25.
