The winner of last week’s Baseball Player of the Week poll was Apponequet’s Trevor Norton. He had more than 3,500 votes (75%) to receive the honor.
In three games, Norton had a combined 5 hits and 4 RBIs.
Previous winners were Apponequet’s Petie Kanakis, Dartmouth’s Chase Afonso, Dom Gioiosa and Sebastian Diaz.
The winner of the Preseason Baseball Player of the Year poll was Dartmouth’s Logan Stott with more than 1,000 votes (38%).

Beauregard picked up the win over Dartmouth, allowing 2 earned runs in 2 innings of relief. He also had a combined 3 hits and 1 RBI in a pair of games against Seekonk and Dighton-Rehoboth.
In three games, Butler had a combined 6 hits and 3 RBIs.
Kanakis pitched 7 innings in a win over Seekonk, allowing 3 earned runs on 5 hits with 8 strikeouts. He also had 1 hit and 1 RBI against Dighton-Rehoboth and 2 hits against Dartmouth.
In a pair of wins over Seekonk and Dartmouth, Lundrigan had a combined 3 hits and 4 RBIs.
Cartagena had a 2-run home run with two outs in the top of the seventh inning to tie the game against Archbishop Williams as Stang won in ninth. Cartagena went 2-for-4 with a home run, 2 walks, 2 RBIs and 3 runs scored.
In relief, Cleveland picked up the win over Arlington Catholic, allowing no runs on 3 hits and no walks with 4 strikeouts in 4 ⅓ innings. He also went 2-for-3 at the plate. Against Archbishop Williams, Cleveland was 1-for-2 with an RBI and run scored.
In two games, Riccio went a combined 3-for-7 with 3 RBIs, including the game-winner against Arlington Catholic for the walk-off win.

In a loss to Somerset Berkley, Afonso went 6 ⅓ innings, allowing 5 runs (2 earned) on 6 hits and 4 walks with 4 strikeouts. He also went 3-for-4 at the plate with 2 runs scored.
Stott had a home run and 2 RBIs in a loss to Apponequet.
In a win over Dighton-Rehoboth, Blanchard went 6 innings, allowing 2 runs (1 earned) on 6 hits and 2 walks with 5 strikeouts.
In two games, Cathcart went a combined 3-for-7 with 2 walks, an RBI and 3 runs scored.
Lamontagne had four strikeouts in relief of Fairhaven’s win over Seekonk to secure the South Coast Conference Gold Division title. Anderson got his first win of the season pitching against Bourne and also contributed an RBI double. Against Seekonk, Anderson had an RBI triple and sacrifice fly.
In a win over Bourne, Evangelho had 3 hits and 5 RBIs. He also had a 2-run double against West Bridgewater.
Garcia drove in the go-ahead run on a sacrifice fly as the Bears rallied to beat West Bridgewater. He also had 2 hits against Seekonk.
Almeida pitched his first complete game against Durfee, allowing 1 run on 3 hits and 3 walks with 7 strikeouts. He also had a hit at the plate.
In a win over Brockton, Roderiques pitched 5 innings, allowing 2 unearned runs on 2 hits and 2 walks with 10 strikeouts. At the plate, he had 3 walks, a walk and 4 runs scored.
In a pair of games against Brockton and Dennis-Yarmouth, Woods had a combined 3 hits, including a pair of triples, and 3 RBIs.
Against Cape Cod Tech, Correia was the winning pitcher, allowing 4 runs (3 earned) on 9 hits and 3 walks with 7 strikeouts.
Vallee was 3-for-4 with an RBI and 2 runs scored against Cape Cod Tech.
Bean went 3-for-4 with a double for the Bulldogs in a loss to Somerset Berkley.
In a win over Atlantis Charter, Cabe pitched a perfect game with 18 strikeouts to power Wareham to its eighth straight win. He also went 3-for-3 with 2 doubles and 5 RBIs in a win over Avon.
In two games, Cannon went a combined 5-for-8 with 3 RBIs.
Peterson threw 4 scoreless innings against Avon, allowing 1 walk with no hits while striking out 12.

In a win over Bourne, Evangelho had 3 hits and 5 RBIs. He also had a 2-run double against West Bridgewater.
