There were several standout individual performances across Southwestern Indiana this week. Who gets your vote?
Each week, you can vote for the Courier & Press Athlete of the Week, presented by Orthopaedic Associates. Below you will find the poll for May 11-16 and brief information on each performance. You can vote as often as you'd like until 10 a.m. CT Friday morning.

Alaina Allyn, Mount Vernon softball: The senior had 31 strikeouts across 22 innings in four games (three victories) for the Wildcats. Also 6-of-14 at the plate with a home run.
Maxx Anslinger, Memorial volleyball: The senior had a team-high 19 kills against Bloomington North to help the Tigers win their first sectional championship.
Brooks Carroll, North baseball: The senior was 10-for-15 at the plate with two doubles and a home run in four games for the Huskies.
Harrison 4x100 relay: The team of Richard Hilaire, Daerail Jamerson, De'Andre Sanders and Kendrick Hart set a new SIAC meet record with a winning time of 41.84 seconds.
Haley Huff, Barr-Reeve softball: The sophomore struck out 20 batters in 17 innings for the Vikings, plus went 5-for-16 at the plate with six RBIs across four victories.
Kennedy Jones, North softball: The senior was 7-for-10 with a double, five runs, four RBIs and two walks in three games for the Huskies.
Ava Kelley, Boonville track & field: The senior was a four-time champion in the PAC meet with victories in the 100 (a meet record 12.12 seconds), 200 (25.80), long jump (17-02) and the 4x100 relay team (a meet record 49.75).

Max Miller, Mater Dei baseball: The senior was 8-for-13 with four runs, a triple, a home run and six RBIs in three victories for the Wildcats. Struck out five in four innings on the mound against Reitz.
Brycen Mrox, Northeast Dubois baseball: The junior was 11-for-18 at the plate with a home run, three doubles, five runs and seven RBIs in four games. Also had six strikeouts with one earned run in 5 1/3 innings.
Ben Quach, Castle track & field: The junior set a SIAC meet record with a winning time of 21.47 seconds in the 200-meter dash. Also part of Castle's winning 4x400 relay team.
Bryn Smith, Jasper softball: The junior pitcher had 22 strikeouts in 11 1/3 innings with only one earned run, highlighted by a 17-strikeout shutout against Harrison.
Tyce Winchell, Heritage Hills baseball: The junior struck out 13 in a three-hit shutout against Princeton and batted 6-for-11 with a home run, triple, six runs and three RBIs across four games.
Katherine Woebkenberg, Jasper track & field: The junior set a new SIAC meet record with a winning clearance of 12 feet, 5 inches in the pole vault.
Carter Zieren, Reitz track & field: The junior set a SIAC meet record with a winning time of 1:53.70 in the 800 meters.
