Caleb Von Pressentin had another great night on Friday in Ilwaco, rushing for over 300 yards and two touchdowns to lead Napavine to a 34-7 victory.

Von Pressentin scored the game's first two touchdowns, first scoring on a 32-yard run before breaking off a 90-yard run later in the opening frame.

He went on to finish with 317 yards on 24 carries, an average of 13.2 yards per attempt.

"Caleb's our guy," Napavine coach Josh Fay said. "He's gotta be our workhorse ... He did a nice job."

Both Dean Hamilton and Pono Moniz-Taitague also had nice nights, combining for 129 yards, and Hamilton also found the end zone.

As a team, the Tigers tallied 482 yards on the ground.

Fay credited all three backs, and he also gave credit to his offensive line, which he said did a nice job of setting the tone up front.

Fay also applauded his secondary, which he said he challenged prior to the game. The Tigers held Ilwaco to just 5 of 20 passing for 105 yards through the air, including just one catch for 24 yards for top wideout Dylan Pelas.

"I thought those guys really answered the call," Fay said. "We did a real nice job."

Napavine (3-4, 2-1 C2BL West) has now won two games in a row, and it will look to continue to round back into form next Friday at home against Pe Ell-Willapa Valley.

"I think we're trending in the right direction," Fay said. "I'm proud of the way these guys played tonight."
