Former UFC title challenger Darren Till makes his bareknuckle debut Saturday against another known name from the same country.
BKFC 90 takes place at Utilita Arena in Birmingham, England, with Till (0-0) vs. former Bellator fighter and reality series star Aaron Chalmers (2-0) serving as the co-main event to an interim BKFC welterweight title fight between Connor Tierney (9-2) and Rico Franco (10-3).
On Friday, Till and Chalmers squared off in a pre-fight faceoff at ceremonial weigh-ins. The faceoff remained professional, with neither fighter engaging in trash talk. Both men kept their distance before flexing to the crowd.
This was a much different scene then when main event combatants Tierney and Franco squared off. The two men ground foreheads before grabbing hold of one another. Security and promotion officials intervened and Tierney was tackled into the backdrop.
