The United States Men’s National Team are in the middle of their preparation for the 2026 World Cup. We discuss the win over Senegal and what’s to come against Germany on Episode 190.
The 3-2 win over Senegal was a good one, and we break down what went right and what needs to be cleaned up. A win over a top 15 team is always one to take to the bank, but there’s still work to be done.
We then get into a small preview for the Germany match on Saturday, which will be a different beast. To feel like you can dream of advancing far at the World Cup, you have to show you can beat elite, perennial contenders like Die Mannschaft. Who will start? What changes will Mauricio Pochettino make? We will go through them as we look forward to their final match before the World Cup.
