Without the Cardinals, he would be just another single old billionaire - nothing specialThis - but even then I think MB would fight it HARD. His whole persona is tied up in the Cardinals and NFL.
Only if you let Kevin run itOk, since everyone hates me here, I might as well own the Cardinals too.
Or just move it over to a sibling or a third party running the team for the family. Wouldn't necessarily mean a sale.If it hasn't already been mentioned, a scandal or high profile investigation might convince ownership to sell the team.
Because we all have a rooting interest in the success of the team, and he and his stupid family have robbed us all of a proper NFL experience by holding our city hostage?Never happening so why does anyone still ask the question.

They definitely need some "football minds" between them and their football team.Letting the right GM run the team would work.
Hard to feel sorry for AZ when he was holding STL hostage before AZ grabbed the franchise. Lie down with dogs; better be prepared to scratch.Because we all have a rooting interest in the success of the team, and he and his stupid family have robbed us all of a proper NFL experience by holding our city hostage?
The surest path to future success is no Bidwills involved.
It's been too many years of scratching. Haven't we been punished enough?!?Hard to feel sorry for AZ when he was holding STL hostage before AZ grabbed the franchise. Lie down with dogs; better be prepared to scratch.

Regarding #2...There are basically two owners that have the most influence on the league, Kraft and Jones, and neither of them gives a crap about the Cardinals or Bidwill.Mike is truly motivated by 2 things:
1. Sponsors and Corporate Buyers (boxes, Casa Rojas, etc)
I know there are a couple of those on this board -- if you cancel, you tell the exec that calls and begs you to renew that unless there are fundamental changes made in the way the football product is produced -- you are out. If enough to it, they will listen.
2. Other NFL owners. I got nothin here, but if the team doesnt pull its weight in terms of contributing to league revenue, then it degrades his standing with fellow owners. That matters to him.
Or not one Super Bowl win in generations. The NFL likes Bidwill. They don't care that the Cardinals have a good season once a decade….

TruthBidwill owns a machine that prints money. The Cardinals have a better chance of winning a Super Bowl than Bidwill selling the team.
The Packers are owned by their fansthe NFL has approved private equity firms taking stakes in NFL franchises. I know the Bills and Dolphins have sold stakes
while Mike would still be in charge -- if a PE firm bought a stake, they wouldnt be some silent partner just happy to get a locker room tour.
which is why Mike is unlikely to sell a stake
